Tinama Tours – Travel Tour Group Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 15 Percent is required to secure a reservation.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Cashiers Checks, Credit Cards, Zelle
- Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 60 days before departure will receive a full refund (minus service fees).
- Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
- Tinama Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended. It should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
- Tinama Tours is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
Health and Safety
- Travelers are responsible for meeting the health requirements for the destination, including vaccinations and medications.
- Tinama Tours is not liable for any illnesses, accidents, or injuries during the tour.
Itinerary and Changes
- Tinama Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
- No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes beyond the company's control.
Passports, Visas, and Documentation
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas.
- Tinama Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid or missing documentation.
Behavior and Conduct
- Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws and respect cultural norms.
- Tinama Tours reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, with no refund provided.
Liability and Responsibility
- Tinama Tours acts as an intermediary for transportation, accommodation, and other services.
- The company is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers.
- Tinama Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Force Majeure
Tinama Tours is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., war, strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters).
Photo and Video Release
By participating in the tour, travelers consent to the use of their images for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the visiting country.
